Accounts and authorized use

Create an account only if you are authorized to act for the business you identify. Keep account credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for the documents and recipient information you supply.

Documents and recipients

Only upload documents you have the right to use. Confirm recipient details, review document terms, and obtain any required consent before sending invitations, particularly by text. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited messaging, or unlawful content.

AI assistance

AI-generated field suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review and correct them before sending. SigningPath does not provide legal advice, guarantee the suitability of a document, or decide whether an agreement meets your particular legal requirements.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Stripe by SETMATE AI LLC. The price and allowance are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation through your billing portal stops future renewal. No automatic document overage charges apply. Contact david@setmate.ai about billing errors or refund requests.

Messaging providers

Text delivery requires an eligible connected sender and follows your provider’s requirements. Provider and carrier charges are separate. Delivery can be delayed or rejected by email systems, providers, carriers, or recipient settings.

Your information

You retain your rights in the documents and information you submit. You authorize processing needed to provide the service, including preparing documents, delivering invitations, recording signing activity, and providing completed copies. See our privacy information and the linked operator policy.

Availability and appropriate safeguards

We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be error-free. Keep the records your business needs and download completed documents. Confirm that the service meets your security and recordkeeping requirements before using it for sensitive or regulated workflows.

Misuse and account restrictions

We may restrict operations that exceed plan limits or threaten the service, other users, or recipients. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or opt-outs.
