DOCUMENT SIGNING BY TEXT

Send the signing link where the conversation is.

Give a recipient the option to receive a signing invitation by text when that is the right channel for them.

A link to review and sign

A text invitation opens the same document-signing flow as an email link. The recipient can review the agreement in a browser and sign when ready. They do not need a SigningPath business account.

Choose the channel deliberately

Ask which channel the recipient prefers. Use email when they need to review the document on a larger screen or keep it with other business correspondence. Use text when they have agreed to receive it that way.

Connect your sender

SigningPath business accounts connect their own Telnyx account and owned number. Complete any required sender registration with your provider. Texts, carrier fees, and provider costs are billed separately from the SigningPath document subscription.

Consent and opt-outs matter

Confirm consent before sending. SigningPath checks existing contact opt-outs and does not clear them just because a new document is ready. Text delivery is not a tool for unsolicited outreach.

A recognizable destination

The default signing destination is signingpath.com. The public site explains the service and gives recipients a way to check what a signing request means. A known domain does not replace verifying the sender or reading the document.
