Read the document’s structure
SigningPath’s editor extracts text and candidate blank areas from supported PDFs. AI helps classify those candidates—such as a name, date, or signature field—and suggest how they should be filled.
Review every suggestion
Suggestions are visibly marked until confirmed. Check the field position, type, label, and signer role. Correct a suggestion or place a field manually when needed. AI-assisted preparation is not a substitute for reviewing the agreement.
Fill from your business data
After reviewing a template, provide field values through the send form or API. Your application can map its contact and transaction data into those fields, giving you a repeatable workflow without asking AI to invent missing business details.
Know the limits
Text-based PDFs and standard fillable forms work best. Image-only scans may need fields placed manually. Unusual layouts can produce incorrect or missing suggestions. SigningPath does not promise automatic OCR for every document, legal advice, or error-free preparation.
